As a CIO, Brad has extensive experience in high growth, high technology environments which demand enhanced security.  He has served as a technology leader for start-ups, companies in rapid growth mode, and maturing firms going public.  His ability to navigate the changing needs of business especially regulation, compliance, and certification.  Brad focuses on developing processes to improve resource allocation and prioritize project management, which results in successful execution.  He is comfortable in both strategy and execution roles at in emerging companies and multinational tech giants.  His change agility matched by a cloud forward strategy enabled Brad to steer a corporate transition to an all-remote working environment.  Brad has a passion for building teams and mentoring the next generation of IT professionals.

Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Delaware.  He continued his studies at the University of Maryland Global Campus, where he earned a Master of Science in Technology Management.  Brad is a guitar enthusiast and musician who writes, records, and produces independent original music.
