David delivers strategic IT vision and tactical execution to build a profitable organization. He leverages enterprise platforms and emerging technologies as he crafts plans for improving efficiency and reducing costs. His comprehensive knowledge of financial, commercial, and operational excellence is applied to solve challenging business problems. David brings expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity leadership, and compliance to address complex risk management and regulatory issues. His experience ranges from privately-held companies distributing across North America to large multinational companies serving global consumers. He has strong skills in project management which have set a solid foundation for leadership of digital transformation initiatives and M&A integration activities. With multilingual abilities, David has successfully navigated global markets and diverse business environments.

As a CIO and CISO, David played a key role in driving operational efficiency and enhancing cybersecurity. He routinely led digital initiatives to drive revenue growth and build customer engagements. On multiple occasions, David has led the transition from legacy systems to a modern ERP/ECC platform. His attention to productivity has yielded significant cost reductions and a commitment to increasing data-driven insights. David has guided successful strategic reorganizations with attention to change management and culture building. He has also contributed to M&A integration and divestiture activities that improve financial performance and sustainability. A natural connector and skilled communicator, David is highly effective at building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration across teams, and achieving strategic goals.

David studied general management, finance, and operations at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and graduated with a Master of Business Administration. As an undergraduate at Ambassador University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration while majoring in finance and entrepreneurship and pursuing a minor in psychology and counseling. He is bilingual in German and English and has mastered conversational skills in French. An avid car enthusiast, David also enjoys spending time with his family and friends on the ocean, rivers, and lakes.
