To create sustainable infrastructure for business growth, Elizabeth champions Agile methodologies, standardization of processes, cost reduction, and rapid integration of M&A transactions. She also nurtures strategic partnerships and collaborates on innovative solutions to delight customers. Her significant leadership experience at manufacturing companies is complemented by exposure to the retail, fintech, media, and higher education sectors. Elizabeth navigates complex operating environments with ease and is comfortable leading in ambiguous situations and turnarounds. She attracts and retains a talented technology team as she inspires their professional growth through challenging projects. Her engineering mindset is matched by astute business acumen and a global perspective.

As a CIO, Elizabeth has transformed the IT function to ensure alignment with business strategy. She has gained significant financial support for key initiatives and successfully navigated integration activities during M&A transactions. Her focus on revitalizing the technology infrastructure sets the stage for business growth and improved profitability. Elizabeth has spearheaded digital transformation programs, integrated legacy platforms and introduced state-of-the-art systems for manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. She focuses on operational efficiency, the customer experience, strategic partnerships with vendors and clients, and employee well-being.

Elizabeth graduated from George Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in global business. During her MBA, she completed international residencies in Argentina, India, and the United Arab Emirates. Her graduate education includes a certificate from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she studied AI, machine learning, and data science. Elizabeth has also achieved a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, pursued a Project Management Professional education through the Georgia State University, and completed a Master Sommeliere & Oenology Studies Certification. The daughter of a diplomat, she speaks English, Italian, French and Spanish. Away from her office, Elizabeth enjoys traveling and discovering new places with her husband before returning home to enjoy native trout fishing in the Georgia mountain.
