For more than a decade, she served as a fractional CIO and transformed underperforming, complex, and risky IT environments into efficient, best-in-class systems. With deep expertise in infrastructure, systems architecture, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity risk reduction, she specializes in leading organizations through critical technology transformations. Her client portfolio included organizations ranging from $5M to $50M in revenue, spanning professional services, non-profits, healthcare, and education sectors.
A proven fractional CIO, she dove deep into challenges and also stepped back to help her clients address strategic issues. Her expertise is working directly alongside CEOs, presidents, and boards to align business priorities, set technology strategy, and manage IT operations.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Studies from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity: Networking and Infrastructure from DePaul University. She is a respected thought leader in the technology space, having been quoted in publications such as Moonlock and NBC News and spoken at commencement for the distance learning program at her alma mater, Florida State University.
Erin believes in service, volunteering to teach at the SCORE Center of the Small Business Administration and serving on the Board of the Law Center for Better Housing in their finance and technology committees.
