Gary Czubak is a partner in the Chicago practice of Fortium Partners. He brings more than 40 years of depth and breadth as a business technology leader in numerous businesses of all sizes across multiple industries. Prior to joining Fortium, Gary founded a business and IT consulting firm where he took on major engagements as an interim executive. Before his firm, he was the general manager and CIO for Network Engineering Technologies (NET), a technology services company where he defined and implemented a new business strategy, recruited a management team, and implemented process and systems that positioned the company for entry into new market segments throughout North America. At NET, Czubak’s programs helped grow revenue by 20% and improve profitability by 76%. Before NET, Czubak was the vice president of operations for BuySide Realty Inc. and he also served as CTO with Budget Group, Inc., a rental vehicle company, where he led global computer operations and technology infrastructure. Czubak served four years as the elected President of the Chicago chapter of the Association of Information Technology Professionals, where he managed a board of 20 active and retired IT executives.
