His experience across edtech, fintech, medtech, HR tech and genealogy/DNA companies puts him at the forefront of business evolution and innovation. His ability to adapt and change to meet the current challenge affects his curiosity and problem-solving nature. Greg drives development of contemporary products for B2B and B2C firms. He leverages modern technologies and keeps a sharp focus on user experience. Greg defines and executes the product roadmap by utilizing agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of new features and updates. He especially enjoys recruitment and coaching of the engineering team.

Greg has extensive experience as a Chief Technology Officer in dynamic, venture-backed environments, where he built high-performing technical teams and fostered a culture of innovation. He collaborated closely with product development to understand customer needs and enhance user experience. Notable projects include launching a direct-to-consumer website with secure payment systems and developing a small business platform with various HR modules. At a previous role in private equity, he led the development of a significant product offering, managing a large engineering team and implementing agile methodologies to improve deployment frequency and code quality. His leadership helped propel the product to substantial financial success. Earlier in his career, Greg held various engineering roles, including positions focused on quality assurance and software development for notable companies. He also led the creation of a financial system tailored for the broadcasting industry.

Greg graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development. He was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship based upon his academic achievements and leadership. When Greg is not at his computer, he keeps fit with many athletic activities, especially tennis.
