Jerry draws upon a distinguished and diverse career journey as he advises clients of Fortium Partners on IT strategy, cybersecurity, and risk management matters. With stellar credentials in global financial services plus experience in private equity, biometrics and law enforcement. His deep understanding of the information technology life cycle helps strengthen service delivery and drive change initiatives. Jerry leverages a broad knowledge of business systems, enterprise architecture, and governance as he solves problems, streamlines organizational workflows, and improve costs. His industry experience also includes gaming, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and fintech. He has planned and implemented the technology integration of joint ventures and M&A transactions with notable success. Having lived and worked in Asia, Europe, and the U.S., Jerry presents a global, cross-cultural leadership style.

As a CIO and CTO, Jerry has led technology strategy and transformational projects for public and privately held companies. He enables innovation and an outstanding experience in B2C and B2B environments. His accomplishments include revitalizing systems, cloud migration projects, automating processes, and implementing lower cost platforms. Jerry is committed to quality, compliance, and business continuity. He balances the adoption of commercial, off-the-shelf and open-source software with custom applications.  A savvy leader of global teams. Jerry uses challenges and problem solving as a common ground for collaboration.

Jerry attended the United States Air Force Academy and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Rising to the rank of Captain USAF, his service included developing mission critical applications and commanding an 85-member unit. Jerry continued his education at The Johns Hopkins University where he earned a Master of Science in Computer Science. His volunteer leadership includes election to the Board of Directors of the Justice Federal Credit Union. He offered strategic review of security, compliance, and Bank Secrecy Act policies as he served as Vice Chairman and Treasurer of the $700 million financial institution. Away from the desk, Jerry enjoys travelling and cycling.
