An experienced CEO and technology strategist, Jim has grown software companies and steered organizations through successful exit transactions. His proven approach is to build the product vision and the sales organization to create fuel for business growth and an increased valuation. He advocates for continuous innovation and review of the effectiveness of implemented strategies and platforms. Jim also places a high priority on customer experience. He has structured customer care teams to deliver a fast response and consistent level of support. Jim has a strong business acumen which reflects his consulting training in a Big Four academy environment and global management roles with S&P 500 technology companies. He enjoys working C-Suite leaders and management teams to recruit IT professionals and to advance people through challenging professional development opportunities.

Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. A servant leader, Jim has a strong commitment to education and community service. For almost fourteen years, he was as a Trustee of the Prosper Independent School District where he served most recently as President.  Additionally, he is Chairman of the Board of Biblica, a global ministry with a rich 200+ year history delivering Bibles through innovative and impactful channels.
