James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Systems Analysis from Miami University.  He also earned a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University. He has achieved Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications. He enjoys sports especially playing golf, tennis, and pickleball.
