Ken Heard is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ South Central Region with extensive operational and consulting experience. Serving as a C-level technology partner/consultant and service center leader, Ken has designed, developed and operated five technology service centers for a variety of enterprises, including a 450-employee service center for IBM that served 70 clients. He is also widely experienced in global delivery, program management practices and enterprise-wide application development and support. With more than 20 years’ experience as a consulting partner, Ken brings a unique combination of consultative and operational experience to his clients, focusing on client service and building relationships with the mindset of a real partner. He is an effective organization and team leader adept at hiring and integrating millennials into teams with seasoned professionals to optimum advantage. He has a proven track record of consistently achieving client objectives and growing business year over year.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Management Information Systems, from Texas Tech University. Ken is also on the board of directors of the Dallas Safari Club, a world-wide wildlife conservation organization.
