Kevin has a proven ability to assess then build and lead a high-performing engineering organization with diverse skills, talents, and experiences. As a CTO and experienced interim leader, Kevin achieves results by reinforcing the basics while driving toward operational excellence. During a multi-year engagement, he drove a complete turnaround of the engineering organization at a private equity backed company. Kevin energized the organizational culture and introduced Agile methodologies. He focused the team on hardening the systems and making them more efficient. His leadership enabled the company to scale the marketplace system and positioned it for successful exist to a new owner. As a product champion, Kevin effectively collaborates with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to envision, design, and deliver new products. Kevin’s product development credentials were built while holding senior roles at Amazon, Microsoft, and IBM.

Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from Carleton University in Canada. He continued on at the school and earned a Master of Computer Science. He has been certified as a Co-Active Coach with a specialization on organizational culture and leadership development. A recognized thought leader, Kevin has presented at industry conferences in the US and Europe. He is an avid sailor, hiker, and outdoorsman.
