A proven fractional executive, Kris has provided strategic roadmaps, assessments, ERP implementation oversight, and business planning to mid-market clients. His work has centered on streamlining operations and developing efficient technology solutions. When developing a digital transformation strategy, Kris starts with an in-depth evaluation of the technology infrastructure and how it aligns to the organization’s strategic plan. He works effectively with private equity partners, management teams, business unit leaders, and vendors to drive growth and organizational success. Kris is recognized for an ability to develop remarkable teams, create agile solutions, and adapt to a constantly changing business landscape.

As a CIO, Kris brought together technology and operations experience to drive organizational success. He oversaw digital investments that boosted efficiency, agility, and enterprise value. His leadership style promotes teamwork and collaboration especially in fast-paced, rapid growth, and turnaround organizations. Kris continually scans the horizon for solutions that deliver efficiency and instill agility. He has orchestrated strategic planning initiatives, built technical platforms, and developed business plans to support M&A transactions. His sharp focus on mid-market companies is complemented by a wide range of industry experience including manufacturing, retail, hospitality, real estate, construction, and investment management firms.

Kris graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Brigham Young University and continued his education as he earned a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Kris achieved Eagle Scout as a Boy Scout and is an active member of the BYU Management Society. Enjoying the benefits of living in Colorado, he enjoys travel and all outdoor activities that the West U.S. has to offer.
