Marianne Bachynski is a Partner in Fortium Partners’ East Region, where she serves Financial Services, FinTech, Investment Management, InsurTech, and technology companies. Her range of experience spans strategic planning, execution management, program management, cybersecurity, compliance, and customer experience. Her success in managing large-scale, complex, geographically dispersed technology organizations reflects a commitment to talent management, culture and the development of high-performing teams. She presents a deep knowledge of data management, digital transformation, integration, and governance. Marianne’s global banking experience includes capital markets, investment management, lending, credit solutions, custody, equity sales, trading, back-office operations, and securities and fund services.
Her leadership is demonstrated by strategic vision, sound decision-making, and focused execution plus a passion for creating high-performance teams motivated to achieve institutional goals. Throughout her career, Marianne has been an effective change agent, delivering transformation projects that spark organic and inorganic growth amidst changing industry conditions. She effectively works with business unit partners to define operational requirements then redesign workflow, build near-shore and offshore centers of excellence and consolidate technology platforms, data centers, and resources. Marianne consults with companies on service delivery projects, digital transformation, downsizing initiatives, technology upgrades, talent management, and vendor management.
Marianne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Queens’ University in Kingston, Ontario. She has completed professional development programs at Harvard University, Boston University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She received the YMCA Women’s Leadership Award for her accomplishments and commitment to advancing others. She was on the board of the Morgan Stanley Foundation. And, within her New Jersey community, she was President of The Crestview Swim and Tennis Club Board.
