Mike graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Mathematics minor. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and completed an internship at IBM focused on emerging software technologies. His technical skills are broad and deep as he enjoys testing new tools, languages, and platforms beyond the areas where he has developed subject matter expertise. He typically utilizes a programs and frameworks such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, GraphQL, React, Python, Databricks, .NET, MongoDB, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL. Outside the office, Mike enjoys spending time with his family. Together with his sons, Mike is a board game developer with the successful release of “Hoard the Hams” and “Bull Shark”.
