Mo has deep software and infrastructure engineering experience which he used in launching several e-commerce businesses, executing digital strategies, building data analytics teams, and implementing major Enterprise Systems such as ERP and CRM. He has assessed and managed the technology integrations for dozens of M&A transactions on multiple occasions. His career distinction stems from his ability to successfully lead teams and advise management teams in rapidly changing organizations with aggressive growth plans. Mo exudes innovation and flexibility while navigating complex technical challenges to drive business outcomes. His professional experience includes serving and advising public, private, and start-up enterprises in the healthcare, retail, and manufacturing sectors. He also sits on various public and private boards as a full member and as an advisor.

Mo graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wesley Degree College in Hyderabad, India, and also gained technical accreditation from NIIT. Committed to professional development, he has completed advanced training in program management, emerging markets leadership, and lean and value mapping. His community leadership includes volunteering with a youth tech mentoring organization and following his children’s soccer and swim competitions.
