Mohit joined Fortium Partners with a solid track record of building and leading software engineering teams.  He has played an instrumental role in launching and scaling of several B2B software businesses.  His specialty is designing a technology stack suited for rapid growth and sustainability.  Mohit is recognized for bridging strategy and execution as he moves complex projects from concept to completion.  His success reflects a focus on instituting structured Agile processes to ensure quality and timely product releases.  Mohit’s forte is establishing the technical architecture while nurturing a team-driven culture and introducing best practices.  He enjoys working with founders and C-Suite colleagues to spur new product development aligned with enterprise strategy.

As a software engineering expert, Mohit has led teams in both startup and multinational environments.  He is known for his recruiting, coaching, and mentoring prowess as he builds a talented corps of technology professionals.  Collaborating with colleagues, he leverages his deep understanding of ecommerce and the consumer experience across web, infrastructure, and mobile.  Mohit also ensures software applications have the proper security and meet regulatory requirements such as SOC2 and HIPAA.  He has experience developing product strategy and driving diversification that manages competitive market risk.  Mohit has worked with a wide range of systems and languages to build an enterprise tech stack including AWS, Azure, and GCP

Mohit graduated from the University of Southern California with a Master of Science in Computer Science.  Earlier, he earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology.  He enjoys exploring new restaurants and travel, especially to beaches around the world.
