Niki is a seasoned, versatile Technology executive with a 30+ year track record of delivery in small to large companies and in highly demanding industries including Investment Management, Private Equity, Insurance, Advertising & Marketing.

Niki balances global strategy and local delivery as she drives digital and business transformation initiatives. She has deep experience creating and managing technology teams, complex programs, and the integration of new technologies designed to propel efficiencies and growth. She has adeptly streamlined technology for cost efficiencies while achieving business goals.

Her expertise in the Financial Services arena includes setting a solid technology foundation for investment management, product distribution, capital markets, trading, and operations. She has successfully implemented bespoke applications in these highly regulated industries involved in equity and fixed income investments, currency trading, and cash management.  Her remits in the Advertising & Marketing space have covered work management automation, ERPs, and Corporate technologies for functions such as HR, Finance, Tax and Legal. For Niki, Cybersecurity is a constant essential. Tech forward approaches like Agile, Design Thinking, and Customer Experience are key. 

Niki is a natural relationship builder and tackles challenging situations with an authentic, straightforward style. Open discussion is essential for her team, clients and C-suite peers and she embraces opportunities to re-culture and re-tool organizations for success. Her valuable insights and astute assessment of the current technology footprint set the stage for comprehensive transformation projects. Niki graduated from Columbia University, Barnard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics,  where she pursued the quantitative track. She has been a speaker twice at Columbia’s annual Women in Business Conference and has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Time to Give Network and the Cybersecurity Program at Ithaca College. Niki has achieved certification as a Sommelier.
