She specializes in product strategies tied to corporate growth goals and coaches the product team on AI-driven product discovery techniques.  A certified Agile instructor, Tricia tackles complex projects that propel revenue growth. Her credentials in the B2B space include successful development and launch of SaaS applications in business intelligence, financial reporting, digital marketing, and supply chain management. She has also managed technical due diligence and post-merger integration activities. Tricia instills a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and best practices across the organization.

A proven fractional CTO, Tricia has focused her practice on optimizing product management and Agile development processes. She skillfully crafts the roadmap, UX and feature design and the go-to-market strategy. Her insights and research on competitive positioning set the stage for the successful launch and scaling of applications. In other engagements, Tricia has been called upon to drive a talent upgrade and improved value through a global operational restructuring. She built offshore development resources and in-shored engineering and support resources to reduce cost structure, enable 24x7 services, and improve operational efficiency. Recognized as an Agile champion with a strong history of infusing Agile methodologies into the DNA of the product team, Tricia is a hands-on leader who mentors global IT teams. Tricia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Virginia. She also earned a Master of Engineering Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Her commitment to professional growth fueled her pursuit of credentials in product management and Agile. An active angel investor, she is involved with Citrine Angels which focuses on early-stage venture-backable startups led by women. Tricia is an avid sailor on the Chesapeake Bay and in the Caribbean where she also enjoys diving.
