Regina Krug is a partner in the Dallas practice of Fortium Partners. She brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience to the firm, delivering added value with technology strategy development and organizational transformation leadership aligning technology and business objectives. Her experience includes leading M&A integrations, implementing enterprise-wide program management, orchestrating operations optimization, establishing security and governance frameworks, and delivery digital solutions for finance, healthcare, and marketing products and services. Krug’s business-focused background has helped her achieve alignment between IT and diverse business models to drive company-wide strategy and deliver large-scale projects in an accelerated manner.
Krug holds a bachelor of science in family management, housing and consumer sciences, with an emphasis in Finance, from Texas Tech University.
