Ron Sorozan is a Partner in Fortium Partners South Central region.  He is a hands-on global business, technology, and security leader who is highly experienced in modern CXO delivery.  He leads as a change agent who introduces rapid improvements to maximize technology effectiveness, spark innovation, and increase the value of business partnerships.  Leveraging his PMP and CISM credentials, Ron has championed complex ERP implementations, modernized technology infrastructure, and enhanced cyber security defenses.  He designs technology strategies with strong tactical business, engineering, and operational foundations.  For prominent brands, his work has focused on merger and acquisition integration, private equity technology guidance, business process engineering, digital strategies, and ecommerce growth.  He has a wealth of knowledge gained while successfully serving in diverse technology leadership roles within manufacturing, distribution, retail, supply chain & logistics, transportation, utilities, energy, non-profits, and government sectors.

A proven CIO, CTO, CDO, and CISO, Ron develops technology and security strategy based upon business objectives and solid risk management practices.  He brings a broad IT knowledge to each challenge as he taps his “Swiss Army Knife” of experiences and capabilities to solve complex issues in any size organization.  Ron is a natural consensus builder who elevates problems for evaluation followed by quick action and resolution.  His technology advisory supports reliability of infrastructure, operations, security, applications, service delivery, and engineering.  Ron drives results, change agent transformations, collaboration, inclusion, diversity, and value in technology improvements drawing on 20+ years of hands-on experience.

Rongraduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College and earned a Masterof Business Administration from Drexel University Lebow School ofBusiness.  He holds active certificationsas a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in Information Security Management(CISM).  Ron’s contributions in advancingtechnology to many organizations has provided Ron with opportunity to live andwork in diverse cultures around the world while having visited all US statesand Canadian provinces.  Ron is a dualcitizen of the US and Canada.
