His primary expertise lies in helping organizations in the logistics and transportation industry apply leading software technologies to address regulatory compliance, reduce costs and improve competitive position. Miller has successfully led organizational transformation resulting in wholesale turnarounds in logistics companies, moving from positions of catastrophic failure to sustained strength and profitability.

MIller’s career has included serving as COO and CIO in the transportation industry and CEO in the software industry. Most recently, Sterling served as President of CargoFactor, a TSA certified Indirect Air Carrier (IAC) with a specialty in TSA Compliance data management for the expedited freight industry.
