Tom Beauchamp is a Partner in the National Retail Practice of Fortium Partners. He brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience in retail, online and gaming organizations. Prior to Fortium, Beauchamp was interim CIO at David Yurman, where he restructured the Oracle ERP and cloud HR implementations, and updated the cybersecurity program. He has been CIO at Hot Topic, a mall and web-based specialty retailer, where he restructured the IT organization to enable store growth of 48% over five years, and increased online revenues from under 5% to over 25% of total revenue. Beauchamp was CIO of Penn National Gaming, where he implemented the Marquee Rewards national loyalty program. During his tenure, total revenue increased by 26% and corporate technology expenses decreased by 21%. Beauchamp has served as CIO for a variety of additional household brands including Limited Stores, Montgomery Ward, Woolworth, and Columbia House; early in his career he also held IT executive roles at Thrifty Drug Stores, and Miller’s Outpost. Beauchamp has served as a director of several boards including the National Retail Federation, Retail Information Systems Advisory Board, and the Gaming Standards Association. He holds an MBA from California State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Redlands.
