A champion of excellence and positive impact, he focuses on value creation through practical application of digital strategy to meet business needs. His proven approach to organizational change capitalizes on scalable systems, process improvement, and financial discipline. Based upon astute analysis, Troy crafts the business case and roadmap for development, implementation, and modernization projects to fortify cybersecurity and critical infrastructure. He has deep experience in the aerospace and defense, construction, building materials, manufacturing, and remote logistics markets. In both private and publicly held companies, Troy has managed cross-functional teams working on complex transformation initiatives. His many years of experience managing international divisions and complex technology programs are reflected in his expert negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

As a CIO, Troy has guided companies through the complex IT issues related to acquisitions and divestitures. He navigates operational issues and cost reduction programs with confidence. His leadership of process improvement and digital transformation initiatives have yielded positive, sustainable results. Troy maintains a positive outlook as he builds nimble, customer centric IT teams to tackle tough implementations. He also partners with business development colleagues to pursue new opportunities through delivery of innovative solutions. His international experience includes managing hybrid offshore teams, secondment to Australia, launch of a new commercial business based in Cyprus, and directing logistics in Russia for sensitive government activity related to de-militarization of nuclear weapons across the region. Troy draws upon his expert project and program management skills to build and engage colleagues, vendors, and C-Suite peers on new ideas and innovative approaches.

Troy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management. Away from the office, he enjoys running 10Ks and half marathons, cycling, and outdoor recreation.
